Discussed needs at start of project, which included BJA approval of inventory checklist and some information on kit prioritization/victim reengagement. Ruthie discussed grantees' meeting and site visits in brief. Team was in the process of hiring a victim advocate, related to Jill's request for protocol on victim reengagement. Ruthie sent Toolkit resources, to be discussed after Jill had looked through them.
Resources sent for later discussion between Tulsa and RTI.
Ruthie met newly hired combined site coordinator/victim advocate Katie David. Tulsa team let Ruthie know that their inventory was almost complete and requested information on kit prioritzation.
Next check-in meeting scheduled based on Katie's schedule.

Ruthie reached out to TTA team to ask about public dissemination methods and emailed some resources to Tulsa.

By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
