The Lancaster County Drug Court is exploring adding peer support to its programming to reduce recidivism and relapse among court graduates. They are requesting a phone or virtual consultation to learn more about programs that have successfully used peer recovery supports to improve drug court outcomes. Specific areas of interest include: duties of peer recovery coaches; supervision practices and protocols; menu of peer supports; duration of supports after successful completion of court requirements; incentives for continuing support after completion of court requirements.
