January check-in with Cleveland consisted of a phone call with Teresa Stafford and Delaney Fello from the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center. We discussed several things on the call, including the December BJA site visit, the current status of their victim notification plan, and their SAKI inventory.
Send inventory certification documentation and have Jordan Satinsky send over his case management spreadsheet.
A check-in consisted of a status update on Cleveland's SAKI inventory. They are working on the documentation, and should be able to get it to us shortly.
Cleveland submitted their inventory documentation. There were a few clarifying questions to handle, but everything looks good!
Chris called Dan Ross to answer a question about the Grantees Meeting, but also to get an update on the SAKI inventory document that he sent back for review.
Chris reached out for a monthly check-in and received a notice from Dan Ross that he was being reassigned to other duties. Dan's replacement, Michael Connelly, will be in attendance for the Grantees Meeting.
Chris was introduced to Commander Michael Connelly and Brian Kellums, an investigator with Cleveland PD. Chris discussed the nature of the SAKI TTA effort and how RTI can help Cleveland PD moving forward. Chris also asked about the building move that was supposed to take place, and Commander Connelly mentioned that he didn't think it would take place at this point.
