Center staff organized and hosted a structured site visit to Brooklyn Justice Initiatives for Columbia Justice Lab's Emerging Adult Justice Learning Community which included Associate Professor of Sociology, Bianca E. Bersani; Associate Professor and Graduate Chair Department of Criminal Justice, Jamie Fader; Clinical Psychologist and Professor in Psychiatry, Thomas Grisso; Associate Professor in Department of African American Studies, Nikki Jones; and others. The site visit included court observation, meeting with the judge and other key players, and talking with on-site social service providers.
