Human Trafficking Awareness for West Virginia Law Enforcement Officers is an interactive e-learning course designed to provide law enforcement officers with an overview of human trafficking. Completing this course will contribute to the officer?s understanding of the various elements involved in human trafficking. Additionally, the officer will be presented with specific information on trafficked victims? rights and explanation of West Virginia?s human trafficking law. A pretest will be administered prior to beginning the interactive course and a post test will be administered at the conclusion of the instructional period (75 minutes).
