• Meeting with BH Director (DHS), Clinical Director (DOCR), FTR Clinical Administrator (DOCR), and FTR Administrator, Statewide (DHS), to discuss implementation planning and an upcoming training plan.
• Meeting with BH Director (DHS), Clinical Director (DOCR), FTR Clinical Administrator (DOCR), FTR Administrator, Statewide (DHS), 3 District Program Managers (Parole & Probation Services, DOCR), and Mental Health Officer (DOCR) to outline guidance on how probation and parole officers will participate in FTR local care teams.
• Meeting with Clinical Director (DOCR), FTR Clinical Administrator (DOCR), FTR Administrator, Statewide (DHS), District Program Manager (Parole & Probation Services, DOCR), and IT Analyst (ITD) to discuss updates to the DocStars system to track the FTR program.
• Meeting with FTR Clinical Administrator (DOCR), 3 District Program Managers (Parole & Probation Services, DOCR) and 2 Mental Health Officers (Probation and Parole Services, DOCR) to continue to outline guidance on how probation and parole officers will participate in FTR local care teams.
• Meeting with BH Director (DHS), Clinical Director (DOCR), FTR Clinical Administrator (DOCR), and General Counsel (ND Governor’s Office), to discuss implementation progress and debrief on recent meetings.
• Meeting with Director (DOCR) to discuss implementation progress, BJA subaward funding priorities, and other DOCR initiatives.
• 11/27: Call with Technology & Program Development Director (Heartview Foundation) about the FTR program model and expectations around peer support services.
• 11/28: Video conference with FTR Clinical Administrator (DOCR), FTR Administrator (Statewide, DHS), District Program Manager (Parole & Probation Services, DOCR), District Program Manager (Parole & Probation Services, DOCR), District Program Manager (Parole & Probation Services, DOCR), and 2 Mental Health Officers (Probation and Parole Services, DOCR) to continue to outline guidance on how probation and parole officers will participate in FTR local care teams.

- General information regarding the request for TTA services, i.e., the who, what, where, when, and why.
- The organizational and/or community needs specific to the request for TTA services.
- The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.
