• 11/1: Call with Assistant Commissioner (DCS), Senior Policy Advisor (DCS), IT (DCS), CIO (DCS), Assistant Commissioner (GDC) , IT (GDC), Director-Inmate Service Division (GDC), Statistical Analysis Center Director (Georgia Criminal Justice Coordinating Council), Public Sector-Client Service Partner (Slalom), and Consultant (Slalom) to discuss Slalom's forthcoming scope of work estimate for the shared digital dashboard between the various Criminal Justice agencies within the state.
• 11/3: Call with Executive Counsel (Office of the Governor) to discuss Georgia’s Justice Reinvestment Initiative (JRI) subaward application and logistics around securing the Georgia Council on Criminal Justice Reform's approval.
• 11/9: Call with Probation Officer (Office of Strategic Planning and Research, Georgia Department of Community Supervision) to discuss the details of Georgia’s JRI subaward application, the process, and the timeline for submission.
• 11/14: Call with Probation Officer (Office of Strategic Planning and Research, Department of Community Supervision) to discuss finalizing Georgia’s JRI subaward application.
• 11/14: Call with Executive Counsel (Office of the Governor) to discuss the presentation of Georgia’s JRI subaward request to the Georgia Council on Criminal Justice Reform.
