The Baltimore Police Department is requesting subject matter assistance to provide guidance and assistance in planning for and implementing the recommendations outlined in the 2021 Victim Services Capacity Assessment Report. Assistance would include but not limited to assisting with the creation of an infrastructure for collaboration across stakeholders to enhance victim's services to achieve a return on investment of collaboration across those who work with survivors of violence.
