CSG Justice Center staff visited NM?as part of Improving Outcomes for Youth Initiative?to review policy options and next steps with funders, legislators, and other stakeholders.???
Through this site visit the NRRC?aimed to advance the goals and objectives of the Youthful Sex Offender Treatment Program, reflect on the status and progress of the grant, address challenges, identify lessons learned, and re-focus on next steps.

CSG Justice Center staff discussed contracting with NAWB to conduct survey of state?workforce boards on reentry services.
CSG Justice Center staff met grantee to discuss data from GEO Group, jail and the risk tool decisions.
This was the second meeting, and first in-person meeting of the task force created by ACCE to oversee the grant deliverables. ?
CSG Justice Center staff attended DKB's Second Chance Summit along with ACCE and their TA recipients. The Summit included remarks from Governor Nathan Deal, employee and employer panels, and a virtual chat with entrepreneur?Richard Branson. ?
This was the first meeting of chambers interested in intensive TA from ACCE. ?Nine chambers attended: Grand Rapids, St. Louis, Jacksonville, Atlanta, LA, Pittsburgh, Maryland, Greenville, Indianapolis.?After review of CSG's grant to ACCE, intros, short presentations by JAX and Indy, some discussion of language (ie formerly incarcerated). ?Also discussion of their needs. ?The group decided to meet together (phone or video) quarterly to share strategies and successes.
