A review of all existing program documents will transpire to include VTC procedure manuals, participant handbook, mentor manual, BeST Assessment (as applicable), Hopes and Concerns assessment tool, and relevant past/present grant information. A discussion of all documentation with the designated Justice for Vets (JFV) staff member (JFV Leader) in advance of formal involvement with the VTC team members will occur.

Two-day intensive in-person training for veterans treatment courts that have been in operation for two or more years.

We met with the grantee and Abt Creative Services to discuss development of product to share evaluation results and serve as a recruitment tool for potential program participants.

Regular engagement with Massachusetts Administrative Office of the Trial Court to schedule quarterly calls and check-in throughout the reporting period. Site received NCE for COSSUP grant conclusion on 9/30/25. TTA Coach provided guidance and ideas on evaluation component.

Regular engagement with Massachusetts Administrative Office of the Trial Court Navigators. Discussed quarterly calls with site leadership. Navigators provided updates and reflections on COSSUP work, individual roles.
