The IACP POC conducted a research and resource scan of existing literature and other programs throughout the country. The IACP POC synthesized this information into a small report for the Orangeburg team
The site requested feedback on their contract with Vinformatix, and the contract's develiverables, to ensure the content aligns with the grant. IACP provided input to the site, and the contract was moved forward.
The site submitted its Action Plan for IACP's review. IACP collected feedaback using the Action Plan Review Tool, and from its research consultant partners. IACP then followed up with the site with its feedback, and participated in multiple follow up meetings.
To inform the position description for the site's Life Coaches, the site asked how much other sites are paying for similar positions. IACP provided feedback based on other site's budgets.
The site is interested in learning how other grantee sites have interfaced with substance use disorder harm reduction programs, and overcome conflicts with faith-based groups that do not support harm reduction. IACP staff could not identify relevat BCJI peers, but forwarded the grantee site copies of the COSSAP Pathways of Diversion Case Study reports.
The site had multiple calls with IACP staff to discuss their Social Coorelates program. IACP staff provided feedback and guidance based on its work with other sites.
