As part of a broader TTA, leadership, and collaboration needs assessment of the DOJ-funded ECM Human Trafficking Task Forces, IACP conducted a phone interview with the grant manager and the law enforcement lead of the Philadelphia Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force. Two IACP staff and one staff from John Jay College of Criminal Justice were on the conference call, to obtain information on task force structure, operations, and TTA needs. Resources were provided on the call and a site visit is being planned. Some initial TTA needs were identified.
