JDI coaches were able to meet with the CCDOC PREA team several times during this reporting period. The coaches discussed the requirements for the implementation guide and time task plan and reviewed the goals set out by the grant. Additionally, the coaches assisted in finalizing CCDOC's implementation guide and time task plan. The contractor CCDOC has been working with was not expert in the time task plan format.

NHDOC has been fully engaged with the JDI coaches this reporting period. The coaches were able to assist NHDOC in drafting their implementation guide and time task plan.
The coaches maintained a schedule of monthly virtual meetings with NHDOC. No meeting was held in June, because of audits in progress at NHDOC. However, NHDOC remained fully communicative and responsive to the coaches during June.

Vera coaches met with Somerset during this review period. Somerset is still in the planning phase of their BJA grant, and they are considering engaging a consultant for specialized investigation training. Vera connected them with Beth Layman for an introductory meeting, and she followed up with them afterwards by email. To date, no agreement for specialized training has been decided. The Vera coach has been working with Somerset to help them decide on a scope of work for their project and complete their implementation task plan and timeline.

Goals and Proposed Activities
The following describes the areas of focus for the advanced TA work with the Tarrant County
Jail.
Policy development and implementation
The Tarrant County Jail has seen an increase in the number of transgender individuals in
custody. Overall, policy guidance regarding transgender individuals is weak. For example, while
transgender individuals are allowed to have their pat search preference and their preferred
pronoun on their ID card, there is nothing in policy about ability to house by gender identity
