Justice Counts presentation to the AZJC to provide a project overview and update to Commission members and encourage agency leaders to consider implementing the project.
Objective 4: Provide structured, ongoing support up to Category 1 grantee states and support the field.
8/7 Call with Matt Bileski (Program Manager) and Shayla Gilleland (Senior Research Analyst) from the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission and Kate Vesley (Director) and Sara Lomoyesva (Research and Evaluation Specialist) from Pima County Department of Justice Services to discuss an upcoming Justice Counts presentation to Pima County agencies.

8/30 Call with Shelby Davis (Associate Director of Research and Strategic Initiatives) from Measures for Justice to discuss the Tier 2 metrics process.
Justice Counts Law Enforcement Subcommittee Meeting: CSG Justice Center staff met with staff from Measures for Justice, 6 subcommittee members, and 4 project partners from 10 agencies to discuss potential Tier 2 metrics.
Justice Counts Meeting with Secure Manage: CSG Justice Center staff met with Frank Genovese (President) and Tyler Miller (Customer Relations Manager) from CMS vender Secure Manage who opted in to Justice Counts along with another community-based correctional facility, Community Solutions Inc.
Justice Counts Cleveland Foundation Luncheon: CSG Justice Center staff presented to 18 law enforcement, prosecution, and defense leaders from Cuyahoga County, hosted by the Cleveland Foundation.
Justice Counts Presentation to Community Based Corrections Directors: CSG Justice Center staff presented to 13 executive directors from all the community-based correctional facilities in Ohio. Five facilities opted in to Justice Counts.Â
