Jefferson County reached out to Amy J to ask her to review a form used by the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences to monitor the influx of SAKs into their laboratory for testing. Currently, ADFS requires police departments to fill out the form in entirety before they are permitted to submit the kit for testing. The form is concerning to SAKI TTA, and JC. Amy is going to review the form and provide feedback to AFDS for revisions. This ticket links to a previously submitted and now closed ticket from 11/20/2018. Target audience: Laboratory
