A practitioner and a researcher from CCI conducted a three-day site visit on Guam with the Guam Public Defender Service Corporation. Activities included hosting a strategic planning session, creating a case flow map, court observation, and conducting stakeholder interviews.

NACDL and its partners provide ongoing technical assistance to past attendees of Bring-Your-Own-Case (BYOC) training programs. This ongoing technical assistance is vitally important to ensure that the lessons learned during the BYOC programs are not lost, and instead can be retained and taught to other colleagues.
