This professional peer series event will explain Colorado’s process of phased accreditation (certification) and how this impacts the state team and local courts, discuss how to increase and cross-train state team members for effectiveness and walk through how to sustain funding with advanced planning and data.

This professional peer series event will discuss the success and challenges in building and implementing a Fidelity to Treatment Program in Georgia for state coordinators and grantees peers, and facilitate peer-led discussion among state coordinators and grantees for questions about the program and other Georgia initiatives.

This train-the-trainer event will cover the newly-released update on Adult Treatment Court Best Practice Standard VII—Drug and Alcohol Testing, focusing on changes in research in toxicology and practical changes for practitioners and new research and practices on trauma-informed testing.

NCSC will assist the New Hampshire Supreme Court address the behavioral health needs of its justice involved population by increasing access to New Hampshire adult treatment courts regardless of jurisdiction through the development of a process to allow federal defendants access to New Hampshire’s adult treatment courts.
