This conference was supposed to be held in 2020, and was delayed to 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This regional conference was in partnership with the Oklahoma District Attorneys Council and was open to all capital case and complex homicide prosecutors, with particular focus on regional attendees. Programming was generally related to capital/complex homicide issues and did not just focus on Oklahoma law.
