The Faculty TOT focuses on providing skills, knowledge, and practice presenting to prepare new faculty to work as a facilitator/speaker at training. The workshop-based two-day training engages the participant to be an active learner, practice new skills, and brainstorm ways to engage the audience. At the Faculty TOT, you will learn how to be a facilitator, prepare for a presentation, and present material to a group.
