On November 29, 2023, Center staff Karen Otis, Adelle Fontanet, Taylor DeClerck and Fred Bucher hosted a third virtual meeting for the JS-BIT Advisory Board. In attendance were various criminal justice practitioners from the field. Prior to the meeting, Center staff drafted vignettes and sent them to the Advisory board for review. The vignettes were drafted based on previous feedback from the board (board members preferred scenario-based vignettes) and the vignettes included eligibility, sanctions, treatment, stereotypes, strengths and needs, and motivation.
