To deepen staff understanding, GPD would like to send the officers that work in their RTCC for further observation of a fully functioning RTCC rather than just sending departmental leadership. The staff hope to learn how Cleveland established, supports, and uses their RTCC. GPD will return from this engagement with processes and tools that will inform their crime analysis strategies.
