9/25 - Meeting with Des Moines City Councilman Josh Mandelbaum to introduce the project. Councilman Mandelbaum agreed to be a champion for Justice Counts and provide introductions to other city officials. (1 person, representing 1 agency)

Objective 6: Provide intensive TA to 10 states, supporting the adoption and use of the Justice Counts metrics to drive decision-making.
Presentation at the Washington Administrative Office of the Courts Pre-Trial Summit 2024 alongside Justice Counts champion Leah Landon, (Criminal Justice Regional Program Manager for the Thurston County Board of County Commissioners) who presented snapshots of Thurston County data to introduce the project to other courts in Washington. (50 people representing 50 agencies).

Presentation to the Missouri Association of Prosecuting Attorneys which resulted in one opt-in, 4 follow-up appointments and 3 agencies who plan to opt-in. (150 people, representing 100 agencies)
