New Orleans PD CIT Coordinator reached out for information on CRIT. Responded to email to schedule 1 hour TTA meeting. Met with site and shared information about CRIT and answered all of their questions.

Site requested examples of timelines/overall plans for development of a co-responder model, specifically for an agency attempting to contract with an outside provider. including deadlines, milestones, deliverables, etc. Sent two CSG resources and an RFP example.

Site submitted their IP for formal review. Two independent reviewers reviewed and provided feedback form. The site's IP has been approved so the site has now entered into implementation phase.

Responding to some of the requests from site for help with their co-response program. Provided chapter of AT BPG on Co-Responder and suggested P2P with LA site SMART Team. Found and provided resources with guidance/best practices for co-response.

Site requested resources to help them work through the issues they've been having with data collection and grant sustainability.

Site reached out asking for us to identify a list of conferences around the US that are on the topic of crisis response.

Site requested that we consider how other sites administer 40 hour classes with more breaks to accommodate participants' review and feedback on previous classes.

Site requested assistance in contacting their local Arc chapter - want to include them on project but they are not responsive. Reached out to Leigh Anne via email to connect site with local Arc.

Site requested examples of LE procedures for crisis deployment. Sent policy from COSSUP contact.

Met with site to do detailed walkthrough of informal feedback on IP and how to address feedback
