The site requested information on what an Early Action Project would look like, and what the requirements are. IACP reached out to BJA for more information, then passed directions on to the site.
IACP offered revisions and recommendations for improvement on the site's Action Plan, using the Action Plan Review tool. IACP also elicited feedback from Dr. Herold.

Jacksonville requested a phone call with IACP to discuss their Early Action Project. IACP got on the phone with the site and provided guidance.
IACP reached out to Dr. Corsaro and scheduled a consultation call with the site, site's research partner and Dr. Corsaro for 01/21.
IACP reached out to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas to acquire CPTED resources to pass along to the site. Stacey Clouse, who works with Dr. Tamara Herold pulled together some resource for the site. In 12/13 IACP passed along some of the resources, although they are a part of a larger CPTED resource package.
The site requested clarification around submitting an extension request. Bethany advised them that BJA had said to submit any extension requests closer to the end of FY21. The site was apprehensive about waiting so long, so Bethany said she would double check with BJA on our call tomorrow.
The site requested more information from Aqeela on public safety roundtables. The IACP reached out to Aqeela and set up an introductory call. After the call the site expressed interest in having him call in to a stakeholder meeting in May, and requested a site visit for the Summer.
Robeson County gave IACP permission to share an invitation for their ACEs webinar with the other CBCR sites. IACP sent a mass mailing to all sites
