Operational Oversights/Audits

NCPCV will do the following:
3.1 Draft a Network User Manual:
• NCPCV will draft and provide a user manual, customized as necessary, for the network
that describes its purpose, the available resources, and how to use them. The proposed
services to be offered in this section will be reviewed by the advisory board. The manual
will be reviewed by and approved by IIR. All resources and processes described below
will be reviewed and approved by IIR. Further details for each of the four lanes of work
are below.

NCPCV will do the following:
2.1 Establish an Advisory Board:
• NCPCV will establish an advisory board for the NLEHWN.
o Identify up to eight possible advisory board members, to select no more than five
board members to serve on the advisory board for this project, in conjunction with
IIR.
o Once board members are identified, due diligence checks will be conducted by IIR to
ensure the appropriateness of the member.
o Proposed advisory board members shall be approved by IIR.

CSG Justice Center staff held a meeting with their BJA policy advisor to provide a status update on the sites' programs and discuss the overview of ISI developed for BJA leadership and the direction of the final deliverable.

IIR will provide sub-award management and oversight for the sub-award. Establish regular communication between and among IIR and NCPCV representatives to
ensure that the project stays on course and that any concerns, feedback, or upcoming
issues/risks are addressed in a timely manner and will support the implementation of the
deliverables.
• Create a subaward project dashboard or other electronic resources to post meeting
minutes, action items, and progress on deliverables that are readily accessible to all
parties.

Disciplinary review is initiated by PMO when they identify significant issues with an auditor's work and/or practice.
Disciplinary processes include PRC staff supporting PMO's direct requests with detailed analysis of an auditor's work on multiple audits, including a review of all retained documentation for the reviewed audits and providing detailed memoranda to PMO regarding findings in those audits.

Assisting Grantees in their SCF program planning, implementation, evaluation and sustainability.

The creation of a virtual advisory board served to re-engage leaders from the field, facilitate advisory committee meetings, and summarize virtual advisory committee findings and recommendations. Altarum will facilitate an advisory committee meeting twice per year.

Discuss potential SAU assessment of the cold case fusion center within VSP

In 2019, the PRC administered a new recertification exam for the first time to auditors who had previously taken the original recertification exam. After three cohorts of auditors had taken the new exam, the PRC conducted an extensive question-by-question analysis of the test-takers' performance and, after reviewing that data and discussing with PMO and OGC, it was decided that one question would be modified.
