Panelists will discuss how they overcame these barriers to reach the tipping point where wellness moved from being perceived as a check-the-box activity to a meaningful part of the agency culture. Panelists will share their lessons learned through implementing resilience training to an entire department, enhancing peer support and suicide prevention practices, and integrating family wellness as a crucial component to a comprehensive program.
