Over this reporting period, we are working on numerous configurations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our central Salesforce database.

The PRC is contracting with the Message Agency to build an integration between Salesforce, our in-house central database platform, and Drupal, our website content management system. This integration will enable a number of functions, including creating an online space where PREA Coordinators can login, save bookmarked resources, network with one another, and ask the PRC to weigh in on discussions. Because of the data integration, they will also be able to access records of audits conducted in their agencies.

NDCRC will develop an advisory board of experts in the treatment court field. This group will act as an internal mechanism to inform decisions for the NDCRC on a broad level and for some individual projects.

During this reporting period, IIR organized two quarterly PSP virtual strategy meetings during this reporting period, in July and November. In preparation for these meetings, IIR developed the meeting agendas and prepared materials to assist in strategic planning for the program.

Bloomington PD (BPD) reached out to the CS360 project team in December 2020. The team held an introductory call with Bloomington PD (BPD) that month, in which the department expressed interest in CS360. The project team will be working further with BPD in 2021.

Woodbury Pubic Safety (WPS) decided to push their remote site visit back from January to March 2021. In this reporting period, the action plan with the findings from the site visit were presented to WPS leadership. WPS decided to pause on moving forward with the CS360 implementation recommendations due to upcoming changes in leadership. In June 2021, WPS re-engaged with NPF and discussed CS360 implementation. NPF provided an Advisory Team workshop to an internal group from WPS.

TLPI's HTWC team provided a custom training to the PGSFHTWC. The interactive curriculum provided training on the Family Preservation Court model, HWC team and Child Welfare departmental collaboration in the context of a developing a Family Preservation Court. Both teams would like to be knowledgeable about the FPC elements, team roles, and how to fit these elements together.

In this reporting period, the NPF project team presented their action plan to MPD with the findings from the remote site visit in December 2020. An internal steering committee was established to determine which priority area MPD would like to focus on, and it was decided that the focus would be on gun crime as well as the fear of gun crime within the community. The project team provided MPD and the PIO with a targeted social media training to establish a posting plan and a roll out on how to communicate the work they are doing with CS360 to the community.

In this reporting period, the NPF team presented their action plan to Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD). The first steering committee meeting was held and it was determined that a problem-solving team would be established to focus on internal communications. FCPD identified individuals to serve on the problem-solving team and the NPF team provided a workshop for the PST members to establish the roles and responsibilities of the PST. FCPD plans to hold the first PST meeting and the NPF team is waiting for feedback from FCPD on when that will take place.
