After SC asked and was granted an extension until the end of January for the final "straggling" group of COVID- or other-delayed agencies, one underwent an audit and revealed that they may not be able to provide their numbers until several months onward.

The NCRJ held “Reimagining Justice" a restorative justice art contest which culminated in a virtual art gallery of the submissions along with artists’ statements in celebration of International Restorative Justice Week in November 2020. We received 23 submissions from around the world and over 900 people voted for Viewers' Choice Awards. The winning artists were featured in a piece on the VLS website and invited to participate in a live Q&A as part of the European Forum for Restorative Justice's REstART Festival.

The National PREA Resource Center's Online Learning and Engagement (OLE) Team are creating guides and resources for online learning development and audience engagement. Utilizing research and data collected from online learning engagements, we develop and implement effective and efficient online learning tools.

The DOJ Review Panel on Prison Rape is comprised of three members, and a new group was recently empaneled. The PRC was invited to present to the panel as part of a two-day long orientation for its new members regarding the state of PREA implementation, progress that has been made on addressing sexual abuse and sexual harassment in confinement, and challenges that the work still faces.

During the past reporting period, the PRC team has continued our work on the interview guide revision process, begun work on revising the site review instructions, and continued discussions about how to revise the current audit process map. The goal of these revisions is to elevate the current audit instrument to be more effective and efficient for both facilities/agencies and auditors.
