The Wichita, Kansas Police Department, as part of the Wichita Public Safety Partnership site, requested funding for registration and books for the International Association of Crime Analysts online training courses. BJA NTTAC provided funding support to one representative to attend the IACA online training courses starting in May 2020 and ending in September, 2020.

The Baltimore, Maryland Police Department, as part of the Baltimore National Public Safety Partnership (PSP) site, requested travel support for three representatives to attend the Los Angeles PD Crimefighters Conference from March 18–19, 2020 in Los Angeles, California. The event was canceled and the requestor withdrew the request.

The Indianapolis, Indiana Police Department, as part of the Indianapolis Public Safety Partnership site, requested funding for registration and books for the International Association of Crime Analysts online training courses. BJA NTTAC provided funding support to seven representatives to attend the IACA online training courses starting in May 2020 and ending in September, 2020.

The Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections requested technical assistance for creating and executing a strategy to site, plan, design, and build a new juvenile correctional facility in the Phoenix, Az metro area. BJA NTTAC referred this request to the Council of Juvenile Justice Administrators.

The Santa Maria, California Police Department requested technical assistance navigating their crime data. OnPoint Analytics was selected to fulfill the request and conducted an assessment between May 2020 and August 2020. OnPoint Analytics delivered a findings and recommendations report, along with a final report outlining next steps, to Santa Maria PD in August 2020.

The Tulsa, Oklahoma Police Department (PD) as part of the Tulsa National Public Safety Partnership Site (PSP) requested two grants webinars. Joan Brody was selected to fulfill the request and provided a two parts grants webinar series. The webinars occurred on July 21, 2020 and August 18, 2020 and involved Tulsa PD's Command Staff and Grants Workgroup.

The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) requested subject matter experts to develop a curriculum about crime gun intelligence (CGI) investigations. Michael Eberhardt and Kevin Armbruster were selected to fulfill the request and delivered the revised CGI curriculum to BJA in May 2019.

BJA NTTAC provided funding support to twelve representatives of the New Orleans, Louisiana Police Department and the Nashville, Tennessee Police Department to attend the IACA online training courses starting in May 2020 and ending in September, 2020.
