The Tulsa County, Oklahoma District Attorney’s (DA) Office, as part of the Tulsa National Public Safety Partnership Site, is requesting technical assistance to increase its understanding of the impact of the McGirt v. Oklahoma (2020) Supreme Court of the United States case on crime victims, case flow, and case outcomes. The report development occurred between February 8, 2020–August 27, 2021.

The Los Angeles County, California Sheriff’s Department (LASD) in partnership with Crime Survivors, Inc., requested assistance developing a formal grant strategy to assist with identifying and documenting current and future grant needs related to serving victims of crime, and with matching current and future needs to forthcoming public and private funding opportunities. Joan Brody was selected to fulfill the request and delivered a final grants strategy in August 2021.
