TTA work plans are generated for each grantee and updated regularly to track the status of their program's goals and objectives, successes and barriers, grant modifications, learning collaborative attendance, and other programmatic details.
Site Profiles are created for each grantee based on their grant application package. They summarize the program, key funded initiatives, target population, communication preferences, and stakeholder involvement. TTA coordinators and grantees use these profiles as a reference tool.
