Convene in person grantee meeting to bring sites together to share their ongoing progress, identify and discuss challenges, and share successes to date. Expected to occur in the Spring of 2025 at RTI Headquarters in Raleigh/Durham NC

Assist jails in assessing, planning, and implementing policy, training, or practices through the delivery of targeted training and technical assistance resources.

Site requested to connect with another site that has experience implementing both CIT and CRIT. Will work to connect with Tuscaloosa or Rapid City for their experience implementing CRIT vs CIT.

Site requested additional scenarios from CRIT pilot classes. IACP will contact our partners at NPI for the scenarios that did not end up being used in the official training curriculum.

Conduct topical meetings across CBOs on common issue areas, including Initial CVI training, monthly All Table trainings, quarterly cohort convenings/learning sessions (peer support and reflection), annual conference, other topical meetings as needed.

Conduct meetings with each CBO on a periodic basis, including CBO Core Team meetings and CBO coaching sessions.

Conducted grantee needs assessment.

Assess programmatic gaps in each CBOs capacity to implement CVI strategies. Assess organizational gaps in each CBOs capacity to implement CVI strategies, including capacity to successfully seek and manage funding to sustain efforts long term.
