The Allegheny County training and curriculum development team reached out to the IACP and ACA teams to conduct a review of two of the modules they have recently updated for corrections. ACA conducted a thorough review and provided detailed feedback to the site.

IACP connected the Allegheny County site with our partners at ACA. Connected ACA with Allegheny curriculum development team. IACP and ACA attended meetings to brainstorm adapting CRIT for corrections.

Site submitted their Implementation Plan (IP) for formal review. IACP conducted an in-depth, formal review of the IP and provided feedback to the site.

Email TTA blast; advertise CRIT Tips for Trainers, Deflection and Officer Referral Resource, CSG resource on embedding clinicians. COPS office funding grant, and IACP Family Wellness event.

Site requested feedback on their recent postiing of a clinician job posting. IACP POC provided targeted guidance.

IACP shared revised IP template for Memphis PD's records and to allow them to start the process of reviewing and filling out the template.

Site had specific question on items in the IP template and requested individualized guidance. IACP responded to questions from site and walked through any issues they were having with the IP.

Site requested to have a peer-to-peer exchange with a more experienced site who had a robust CIT program. IACP scheduled and hosted a P2P exchange between Pima County and Cumberland County.

Per site request, IACP POC conduct an informal review of their Implementation Plan. IACP completed review and provided detailed feedback to site.

After reviewing feedback from informal review of IP and implementing changes, MSP core team submitted their IP for formal review by IACP POC. IACP conducted formal review process and provided detailed feedback to the site. Site had plan approved and moved into the Implementation Phase of their award.
