No submission found of state plan or annual update. Scheduling TTA with SAA to determine where they are in the strategic planning process. USVI has previously engaged NCJA for development and analysis of stakeholder survey then switched to a new SAA.
USVI has requested TA for developing a strategic plan in order to receive JAG funding for 2020. In addition, to assistance in development of a strategic plan, NCJA will also be assisting in the creation, dissemination, and collection of a stakeholder survey to better inform their planning process.
NCJA created and disseminated survey to stakeholders, analyzed results and presented to USVI LEPC staff. SAA changed from Ray Martinez to Angela Campbell. NCJA continues to reconnect with new SAA.
