NW3C had staff Billy Rodgers provide a 75 minute block of live online instruction on "Cybercrime Fraud and the Use of Open Source Techniques." The presentation discusses how to identify victims of human trafficking as well as targets of investigations. Attendees were from all branches of the Pennsylvania Governmental departments under the umbrella of the Pennsylvania Department of Homeland Security.

NW3C will send staff Justin Fitzsimmons to the Lake County States Attorney's Office to conduct a 75 minute presentation called Mobile Device Evidence for Prosecutors.

NW3C will send staff, Billy Rodgers to the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. The Association requested a subject matter expert on the topic of Fraud and Open-Source Investigations. Mr. Rodgers will conduct a one-day conference at the Desales University Campus in Center Valley, PA.

NW3C to send staff Billy Rodgers to attend the Cyber Fraud Task Force Meeting to conduct a 30 minute presentation on the NW3C/BJA TTA resources. Also the meeting includes various presentations by other attendees about Gootloader Malware using Google searches, the inside scoop on Digital Evidence Standards and why they matter to you, cryptocurrency, pig butchering and sextortion along with various vendor presentations.

NW3C to send staff Jeff Lybarger and Glen Gainer to participate in the LECC AI Resources and Policy Focus Group Meeting.

NW3C will send staff Jeff Lybarger, Laura Cook, Jeff Prater, Jason Webber & Mike Fergus (IACP) to participate in a panel presentation called, "Safeguarding Seniors: Combating Elder Fraud in the Digital Age".

NW3C to send staff Laura Cook to attend the IACP conference and to provide an SME panel discussion and presentation on the topic of, "Safeguarding Seniors: Combating Elder Fraud in the Digital Age". The presentation is described as, "As elder fraud continues to escalate, it poses significant challenges, with perpetrators often operating from overseas and leveraging advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency.

NW3C to send staff Justin Fitzsimmons to present at the Organization of Bar Investigators (OBI) 20th Anniversary Conference. Mr. Fitzsimmons conducted two presentations. This presentation was called "Using OSINT in Attorney Investigations".
