The Harris County, Texas Sheriff's Office as part of the Harris County, Texas National Public Safety Partnership Site (PSP) requested a crime analysis and technology assessment. IDEA Analytics was selected to fulfill the request and conducted the assessments through one onsite visit and virtual interviews to collect information, meet with stakeholders, and deliver recommendations. The crime analysis and technology assessments occurred in February 2021. IDEA Analytics delivered a final report to Harris County PSP in August 2021.

The Miami, Florida National Public Safety Partnership Site requested a meeting to debrief the final report from the Real Time Crime Center Strategic Crimefighting Assistance. Commander Dennis Kato, Meraki, and Justice & Security Strategies were selected to fulfill this request and held a debrief meeting in October 2020.

The Baton Rouge, Louisiana Police Department, as part of the Baton Rouge National Public Safety Partnership (PSP) site, requested training support from Environmental Systems Research Institute. Baton Rouge PD is seeking an increased knowledge base regarding the Esri/PSCOP interface. The Baton Rouge PD's PSCOP platform took a major hit in the form of a software update bug and suffered catastrophic system-wide errors and failures in loading the data. BJA NTTAS has referred this request to CNA.

The Toledo, Ohio Police Department, as part of the Toledo Public Safety Partnership (PSP), requested subject matter experts to conduct a virtual training to deliver the curriculum about crime gun intelligence (CGI) investigations. Michael Eberhardt and Kevin Armbruster were selected to fulfill the request and conducted the training in October 2020.

The Kansas City, Missouri Police Department (KCPD), as part of the Kansas City, Missouri National Public Safety Partnership site, is requesting technical assistance developing a communication plan to support the rollout of their strategic plan. McElroy Media Group was selected to fulfill the request and provided a strategic plan for Kansas City PSP. The development of this strategic plan occurred between September 2020 and September 2021 and involved community, Kansas City Police officers, and PSP law enforcement partners.

The Kansas City site team is requesting technical assistance from BJA NTTAC for a strategic Public Messaging plan. KCPD agrees that they would like to go public with the plan and possibly hold listening sessions with the community. Kansas City PSP has listed Laura McElroy as their preferred provider for virtual assistance to discuss the strategy for how the team can communicate effectively with the community, explain the plan, create opportunities to receive feedback, and receive buy-in from the community.
