We address complex and emerging issues through training and technical assistance, and have worked in all 50 states.

The National Center for Victims of Crime (NCFVOC) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for victims' rights, trains professionals who work with victims, and serves as a trusted source of information on victims' issues. After more than 25 years, NCFVOC remains the most comprehensive national resource committed to advancing victims' rights and helping victims of crime rebuild their lives.

Policy Research Associates, Inc. is a small business that is a national leader in behavioral health and research. They offer four core services that help individuals with behavioral health needs achieve recovery.

The LEAD National Support Bureau is a project of the Public Defender Association (PDA) in Seattle, WA (www.defender.org), and the Katal Center for Health, Equity & Justice in New York, NY (www.katalcenter.org), to provide support and technical assistance to jurisdictions around the nation which are planning and implementing LEAD (Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion) programs.

Vera is an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit center for justice policy and practice, with offices in New York City, Washington, DC, New Orleans, and Los Angeles. Their projects and reform initiatives, typically conducted in partnership with local, state, or national officials, are located across the United States and around the world.

The Urban Institute’s Justice Policy Center staff members conduct research and evaluations and provide technical assistance to improve justice policy and practice at the national, state, and local levels. Urban researchers examine the development, implementation, and impact of policing, crime prevention, and gang disruption initiatives. The work includes a large breadth of topics ranging from risk assessment, community corrections and reentry, human trafficking, forensic science, courts and sentencing, to gun violence.

The National Correctional Industries Association is an international nonprofit professional association whose members represent all 50 state correctional industry agencies, federal prison industries, foreign correctional industry agencies, and city/county jail industry programs. Private sector companies that work in partnership with correctional industries both as suppliers/vendors and as partners in apprenticeship and work programs are also members.
