The Travis County, Texas Diversion requested assistance ith analyzing and addressing the rising jail population and to better understand the increase of racial and ethnic minority bookings. The engagement was transferred to a new contract.

Going Home Hawaii requested support to implement Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion programming. BJA referred this request to the Council of State Governments.

The Quattrone Center for the Fair Administration of Justice at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School is a nonpartisan, national research and policy hub producing and disseminating research designed to prevent errors in the criminal justice system.
