Urban Institute
The Urban Institute’s Justice Policy Center staff members conduct research and evaluations and provide technical assistance to improve justice policy and practice at the national, state, and local levels. The Association of Prosecuting Attorneys, Inc. (APA) is incorporated in the commonwealth of Virginia and headquartered in Washington, D.C. The association is a nonprofit charitable organization that is supported by member contributions as well as government grants and funding from both foundations and the private sector.
