12/19 In person meeting Larry Jefferson (Director); Kalea Sciaccotta (Admin assistant); Lei Young (Supervising attorney); Karin Johnson (Deputy director); Jenee Nash (program analyst) from the Washington State Office of Public Defense to introduce Justice Counts and a Publisher demo. The agency provided some data to compare to current Tier 1 metrics and requested a demo dashboard (5 people representing 1 agency).
11/12 Meeting with Madison County JRAC members Andrew Hanna (Chief Deputy Prosecutor & JRAC chair), Betsy Baxter (Director of Victim's Services and JRAC Secretary), Carl Chambers (Director of Adult Probation), Angela Sims (Judge), and David Kane (Executive Director of Community Corrections) to discuss data challenges and JRAC operations. (5 people representing 6 agencies).??

11/14 Meeting with Bernice Corley, Justice Counts Steering Committee Member and Executive Director, Indiana Public Defender's Council to discuss criminal justice agencies and associations in Indiana. (1 person, representing 1 agency)??
