Phebe is new to the position and asked a question on the definition of terms in the PMT portal. I was able to respond and provide feedback.
Louis reached out and had some questions about allowable spending after the approval of his NCE. He had some questions/concerns about the amount of money he had remaining and what was permittable to spend annually.

The PD seeks clarification on whether she can provide supervision to a person not paid for or working on this grant award. This supervision time is expected to use 5% of the PD's time allotment.
Grantee has the option to repurpose her evaluation funds from the grant. She is trying to decide if the grant should include an evaluator. A connection was made to Abt who has assigned a TA Coach to meet with the grantee.
Lt. Day requested a meeting in addition to the bi-monthly meeting to discuss grant financials more in-depth; he also wanted to discuss representation from Kings County at our bi-monthly calls to ensure appropriate folks are included.
Gary is looking to connect with a healthcare professional to answer questions about lab testing blood prior to induction of MAT. Set up a call for 9/16 with a nurse from LaSalle County, IL, and Rulo team members.
Parkland Health requested information about the travel budget for the current fiscal year. Rulo advised that a COSSUP convening is being planned for 2025, and a travel budget should be available for that purpose.
Lorie Miner is no longer with the organization and told her position has not been filled. This request is closed at this time.

Some challenges we would face developing a MAT program would be creating and/or writing policy and procedures
needed, getting the correct training, and having coordination with both BIA and IHS in order to implement the MAT
program.
