Q3 quarterly check-in to discuss success, challenges, and any updates to goals and activities. Grantee now has 6 Narcan vending machines operational in the field but would like assistance identifying host sites for additional machines. RTI will also connect them to an evaluator we work with.
On 10/17/24 held meeting to develop program goals and objective. The next step is to develop a logic model that lists all of the program activities, outputs, and outcomes to align with program goals and objectives
Dr. Bonney has stated that she needs to put this request on hold until further notice because her schedule is not allowing for a trip to any of the sites. She was advised that the TTA request will be closed for now, and when she is ready to proceed, she would be welcome to reinstate the process. Working with Bernalillo County and Dr. Bonney to attend an MAT site visit in either November or October. As of 9/24/2024, they have not committed to any site visit. We are still hopeful to get them to one of the next two sites.
Grantee stated that they will not have time or financial flexibility in the grant to attend a site visit and the 2025 COSSUP Convening. This TTA request will be closed.
This site is seeking clarification about rebranding its program name and if supplies are an allowable expense for the community medication portion of its award.

One of the proposals is creating harm reduction information in an electronic form for tablets in the jails across Maine and e-learning modules for the correctional offices and for Maine Pretrial Services.The second is creating standardized training for behavioral/SUD Liaisons who work with the police and sheriff departments and building mentoring and cohort support.
