Rulo facilitated a workshop highlighting the Comprehensive Opioid and Stimulant Substance Use Program (COSSUP), which agencies around the country have used to pilot efforts to address substance use disorder (SUD). The expert panel highlighted one successful program initiated with COSSUP funding that has incorporated treatment case management software, data, and evidence-based strategies to address SUD and behavioral health.

November CoP held on 11/19/24 at 2 PM ET. Topic was a brainstorm discussion on hiring and retention amongst grantees. Major discussion points included rural hiring, difficulty hiring for short-term grants/projects, lack of qualified applicants.
