During their Q1 call, Peyton mentioned that other sites with centralized naloxone systems might have resources for maintaining naloxone training.

During their Q1 call, Minnesota DPS asked if there are any resources for suboxone being used as harm reduction rather than pathway to recovery. Peyton pulled together a list or resources on this topic and it was sent to the site on 3/27.

Met with Minnesota DPS on 3/25/2024 for their Q1 check-in call. Only one MOUD site is still spending down funds, the rest are finished. MN has launched a centralized ordering portal for Naloxone. EMS bupe dispensing has gained lots of traction - have fogured out a physician dispensing model where EMS can prescribe a 3-day dose of Bupe if Physicians are called in via telehealth. One fatality review site is still going. SIte is looking to do a 2-pager case study on their physician dispensing model this summer.

Met with Michigan on 3/8/2024 for their Q1 check-in call and abbreviated needs assessment. Introduced the new site engagement team. NCE was approved. Things are going smoothly, no TTA needs at this time.

Met with Idaho state on 3/26/24 to discuss change to site engagement team structure and cinduct abbreviate needs assessment. Naloxone distribution has relaunched after issues with legislation. Looking for ideas about Continuing education credits for naloxone training. University of Idaho is conducting surveys across 7 public health ditricts for MAT toolkit development. Project ECHO anticipating podcast relese in Spring/summer. Site is applying for NCE - Sarah resent NCE exmaples/tips.

Grantee requested review of their new updated program narrative to see if there were areas of growth/improvementq

Met with main POCs for Nevada. I went through the abbreviated needs assessment with team. All subgrantees had programs launched and progam is going well. Nevada evaluation team is looking to connect with Duke LEAD evaluator to discuss building out a program evaluation. They are also looking for resources on peer recovery and deflection programs.

Met with main POCs dor Connecticut. I went through the abbreviated needs assessment questions. They prokject is doing well and is finally off the ground and running after having a late start. They don not currently forsee any TA needs, but would like resources/advice on applying for the no cost extension. I have sent the NCE guide created by Sarah L to them. No other TA needs at this time.

Met with the main POCs for Alabama. Sarah D.C. went through the abbreviated needs assessment questions.They are currently working to get subgrantees adjusted with good workflows. They are working on spending down and helping one of their partners stregthen the treatment services that was originally intended in the grant. They would like resources that may help their new grant manger to manage the project such as trainings and meetings, etc. Sarah is looking into resources to share with them. Will join their monthly subgrantee meeting for Q2 Check-in.
