The NCJA project team reviewed the 2018 Strategic Plan submitted by the Georgia SAA. This plan was submitted in the year prior to the new strategic planning requirement mandated by the Justice for All Reauthorization Act for 2019 applications.
Plan Strengths:
The Strategic plan has specific and tangible goals. The goals include realistic and achievable deadlines. There is some data to support the need to achieve the goals outlined.
JC staff delivered two presentations at GA's Accountability Courts Conference on Monday, September 15th and Tuesday, September 16th.
