The Santa Maria, California Police Department requested technical assistance navigating their crime data. OnPoint Analytics was selected to fulfill the request and conducted an assessment between May 2020 and August 2020. OnPoint Analytics delivered a findings and recommendations report, along with a final report outlining next steps, to Santa Maria PD in August 2020.

University Park, Maryland Police Department is requesting Insight Policing: Core Skills - Conflict Resolution for Law Enforcement training. This training will allow each officer will develop a skill set that will help them do the following: gain control in conflict situations; stay safe with minimal force; prevent escalation; calm people down; encourage cooperation and voluntary compliance; efficiently and effectively solve problems; reduce litigation and reduce stress. The Orlando, Florida Police Department requested assistance implementing their Real-Time Crime Center. IDEA Analytics was selected to fulfill the request and provided an evaluation of the department's existing RTCC organizational structure, workflow, and workload. The Kansas City Police Department and the Jackson County Prosecutors Office would like to receive a Crime Analysis Assessment to assess their agencies’ crime analysis capacity and processes, along with identifying areas of analytical gaps and needs. The agencies plan to use the assessment recommendations to guide their implementation of best practices and new approaches related to their capability to analyze crime data. BJA NTTAC denied this request.

The Baltimore, Maryland Police Department, as part of the Baltimore National Public Safety Partnership (PSP) site, requested training on the topic of crime reduction. Dr. Jerry Ratcliffe with Reducing Crime LLC was selected to fulfill the request and provided the “Commander's Crime Reduction Course” to 32 members of the Baltimore PSP site on March 11–13, 2020 in Baltimore, Maryland.

The Wichita National Public Safety Partnership (PSP) Site requested a crime analysis assessment. Julie Wartell was selected to fulfill the request. The crime analysis assessment occurred between April 2020 and July 2020 and involved the 40 police department personnel as well as City, County, and USAO partners. Julie Wartell delivered the final report to Wichita PSP Site in August 2020.
