The ERASE train-the-trainer course provides in-depth instruction regarding training concepts, techniques, and equipment considerations to increase their effectiveness and confidence while addresses a wide range of tactics and techniques for dealing with an exterior armed aggressor. Attendees who complete this training have an opportunity to receive materials to train additional officers through indirect deliveries supported by ALERRT, multiplying the effect of this course.

The ASER course also emphasizes the importance of first responder resiliency and positive community engagement.
