As the number of those with Alzheimer's increases, the need for law enforcement intervention to assist this vulnerable population and their caregivers will also increase. Our organization will provide law enforcement with a model policy. The desired outcome of this model policy is to assist law enforcement with developing and/or providing ideas on how to better interact with those affected by Alzheimer's and other related dementia's.
