Analyst Amanda Bruner and Subject Matter Expert Allison Rojek went on site to Westland Michigan from 12/12/2022-12/14/2022. This initial visit consisted of meeting with the Chief, Deputy Chiefs, records bureau, IT and completion of the capacity assessment.

Analyst Gentry Schaffer and Subject Matter Expert Christian Peterson went to Dane County, Wisconsin for the first on-site visit. Christian and Gentry met with all of the chiefs in the County that are a part of The Western District of Wisconsin Regional Crime Analysis Collaboration; reviewed policies, dashboards and reports at Fitchburg Police Department; and met with two Lieutenants from the DeForest Police Department.

CAR Analyst Gentry Schaffer participated in a virtual site visit with Dane County Wisconsin to meet with important staff and learn about their current capacity in crime analysis. This virtual site visit was 2 days.

CCI's TTA Team conducted a second and final site visit to Missouri. Key activites included a demonstration of the site's ability to pay tool ("Access My Tickets"); meeting with members of the working group to discuss next steps for implementation; and marketing strategies to inform court users and members of the public about the tool. Site team expects to launch ATM by the summer of 2020 in at least one pilot site, Lee's Summit.

Site Visit 1: April 14-16, 2015
PERF assessment teams (comprised of two PERF staff members and three SMEs) conducted a site visit to the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police on April 14-16, 2015. Prior to the site visit, PERF worked with Pittsburgh PD to establish people to interview, and to identify policies and other directives, reports, and data on the homicide response, the homicide unit, the investigative process, and related subjects that can be reviewed beforehand.

NRRC staff conducted an on-site training to New York Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) to support its development of reentry task forces for each of the three participating counties in the project, as well as training on the  Risk-Need-Responsivity (RNR) framework as it is applied across the juvenile reentry continuum.

NRRC staff and consultant Shay Bilchik from the Center for Juvenile Justice Reform at Georgetown University conducted facilitated discussions at Maricopa County Education Service Agency in an effort to enhance its aftercare services and cross-systems collaboration for youth enrolled in the "Building Futures" project.
