The CSG Justice Center responded to four requests to the Stepping Up infoline in November: 1) a representative from the Lancaster County, NE county commissioners office requesting permission to use the Stepping Up logo; 2) a request from a representative in Coffey County, AL about how to get involved with Stepping Up; 3) a message from a family member of someone incarcerated at the local jail requesting legal and medical assistance; 4) and a request from a member of the public about how to get involved in Stepping Up.

The CSG Justice Center responded to two requests to the Stepping Up infoline in September: 1) a representative from the DC City Council inquired about joining Stepping Up ; 2) a student from Wayne State University inquired about resources on the Stepping Up website.

The CSG Justice Center responded to three requests to the Stepping Up infoline in August: 1) Rogers County, Oklahoma submitted a Stepping Up resolution; 2) a representative from Region 1 Behavioral Health Authority in Nebraska inquired about listing Stepping Up Nebraska counties on the Stepping Up website; 3) Crawford County, KS submitted a Stepping Up resolution.

The CSG Justice Center responded to one request to the Stepping Up infoline in July: the county clerk for Medina County, Ohio submitted a Stepping Up resolution.

The PRC will operate an assistance request form on its website and will respond to assistance requests by engaging with jurisdictions, assessing what services are appropriate, and meeting the needs of the requesting organization as resources allow. All data regarding the interaction will be tracked in the PRC's information database. Full assistance cases will be reported as individual TTAs.
The PRC processed/closed 37 Request for Assistance cases between July - December 2023.

CSG Justice Center staff corresponded via email with the Michigan DOC team to ask them to participate in the dissemination videos and provided an outline with sample questions for their feedback.
